Rambutan = 红毛丹. Rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum) is a medium-sized tropical tree in the family Sapindaceae, native to southeast Asia, and the fruit of this tree. It is believed to be native to the Malay Archipelago although its precise natural distribution is unknown. Peel Off the Skin

Cut the pulp into slices


Put all the slices in wok, add in sugar according to your sweetness level then start to cook until it becomes liquid form. Not need to add in any water. Done! Simple right.

I strongly recommend this Rambutan Jam. I tested it before and it taste absolutely fantastic. No only you can taste the sweeties of the rambutan, but you also can feel the "meat"! Cheers!
