Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks

The Story of Shihlin
Thousands of Taiwanese crowd the local night markets in search of their favourite and delicious snacks, and Taipei's Shihlin Night Market is the most famous due to its very wide range of local delicacies in its small streets and alleys. If a snack is nice, you can surely find it in Shihlin! The locals say, "If Taiwan has it, Shihlin has it". Handmade Oyster Mee Sua 蚵仔麵線. I like this Oyster Mee Sua very much! The Oyster is big and taste nice!

XXL Crispy Chicken 超大雞排. 5.50 bucks is really worth for this snacks. No doubt the size is really XXXL!!! I like this Crispy Chicken much more compare to KXC or MXDonals~

大马美食在槟城及吉隆玻的名称差别

来谈谈大马美食在槟城及吉隆玻的名称差别
我来自槟城现在在吉隆玻工作
初到吉隆玻时还蛮不习惯
虽然槟城及吉隆玻只相差350公里的距离
但很多食物的名称是不一样的
脑海浮现的就有以下几种
叻沙 VS 加哩面

喜爱吃叻沙的朋友都知道槟城的叻沙(laksa),
就是那种鱼肉加上Asam汤或是酸梅汤,面是白色粗条状的那种
有些还会加上自制的虾饼
在吉隆玻所谓的叻沙(laksa)就是椰浆加哩汤汁再加上普通的米粉面(在槟城叫加哩面)

如果你要像槟城那种,就叫Asam Laksa或是Penang Laksa
刚去吉隆玻时,我就试过指鹿为马,闹了笑话

炒大板 vs 滑蛋河/广府炒/炒莺鸯

槟城的炒大板和吉隆玻的滑蛋河/广府炒/炒莺鸯的煮法是一样的
不同的是槟城炒大板的果条是板状的
而吉隆玻滑蛋河的果条是幼状的
每次在吉隆玻吃滑蛋河都会想念槟城的炒大板
去到槟城千万别叫滑蛋河,否则你只会换来异样的眼光

果条汤 vs 河粉

槟城人都称河粉为果条汤
很少摊口会称之为河粉
有的话都会称之为怡保河粉
我就有一个怡保朋友去到槟城不懂什么是果条汤
吉隆玻和怡保一样都是以河粉为名

福建面 vs 虾面

槟城的福建面和吉隆玻的福建面是完全不同的东东
吉隆玻的福建面就是酱油炒粗状面的那种
而槟城的福建面就是吉隆玻所谓的虾面
虾汤是用虾壳熬煮再加上蕹菜小虾米粉面
虾面是我的最爱!

我想到的就只有这些,你们还懂什么不一样的吗?
