type='text'>大马美食在槟城及吉隆玻的名称差别</title><content type='html'>来谈谈大马美食在槟城及吉隆玻的名称差别&lt;br /&gt;我来自槟城现在在吉隆玻工作&lt;br /&gt;初到吉隆玻时还蛮不习惯&lt;br /&gt;虽然槟城及吉隆玻只相差350公里的距离&lt;br /&gt;但很多食物的名称是不一样的&lt;br /&gt;脑海浮现的就有以下几种&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;叻沙 VS 加哩面&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g8/myfoodjunction/asam-laksa-kt-jusco.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/img&gt;&lt;br /&gt;喜爱吃叻沙的朋友都知道槟城的叻沙（laksa），&lt;br /&gt;就是那种鱼肉加上Asam汤或是酸梅汤，面是白色粗条状的那种&lt;br /&gt;有些还会加上自制的虾饼&lt;br /&gt;在吉隆玻所谓的叻沙（laksa）就是椰浆加哩汤汁再加上普通的米粉面（在槟城叫加哩面）&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g8/myfoodjunction/0139.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/img&gt;&lt;br /&gt;如果你要像槟城那种，就叫Asam Laksa或是Penang Laksa&lt;br /&gt;刚去吉隆玻时,我就试过指鹿为马，闹了笑话&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;炒大板 vs 滑蛋河/广府炒/炒莺鸯&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g8/myfoodjunction/0135.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/img&gt;&lt;br /&gt;槟城的炒大板和吉隆玻的滑蛋河/广府炒/炒莺鸯的煮法是一样的&lt;br /&gt;不同的是槟城炒大板的果条是板状的&lt;br /&gt;而吉隆玻滑蛋河的果条是幼状的&lt;br /&gt;每次在吉隆玻吃滑蛋河都会想念槟城的炒大板&lt;br /&gt;去到槟城千万别叫滑蛋河，否则你只会换来异样的眼光&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;果条汤 vs 河粉&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.oranges.idv.tw/wp/wp-content/2005042820.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/img&gt;&lt;br /&gt;槟城人都称河粉为果条汤&lt;br /&gt;很少摊口会称之为河粉&lt;br /&gt;有的话都会称之为怡保河粉&lt;br /&gt;我就有一个怡保朋友去到槟城不懂什么是果条汤&lt;br /&gt;吉隆玻和怡保一样都是以河粉为名&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;福建面 vs 虾面&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://lmheah.googlepages.com/pulauaman2.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/img&gt;&lt;br /&gt;槟城的福建面和吉隆玻的福建面是完全不同的东东&lt;br /&gt;吉隆玻的福建面就是酱油炒粗状面的那种&lt;br /&gt;而槟城的福建面就是吉隆玻所谓的虾面&lt;br /&gt;虾汤是用虾壳熬煮再加上蕹菜小虾米粉面&lt;br /&gt;虾面是我的最爱！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;问他出自那里他也不懂（暂时就把她归类为大港)&lt;br /&gt;每次都是在大港的菜市买的&lt;br /&gt;在菜市买RM3.5一粒，批发价是RM3&lt;br /&gt;香椰味道带有椰香，与普通的椰子不一样&lt;br /&gt;普通的椰子椰水带有咸味，这香椰却是甘甜&lt;br /&gt;椰肉刨成丝，椰水及椰丝加入燕菜&lt;br /&gt;成品就是晶莹剔透的燕菜&lt;br /&gt;(先此说明我是以分享的心态不是帮他打广告，我又不认识他的女儿:P)&lt;br /&gt;曾经试过塔巴士拿整十包回槟城的纪录&lt;br /&gt;香饼香香脆脆的，里面是麦芽糖&lt;br /&gt;&lt;IMG type='text'>林明手工面</title><content type='html'>林明手工面&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;说起林明手工面，我就觉得自己怪怪的。其实早在N年前，老板就已经在一间茶餐室开始买手工面，再配上一些酿豆腐，但是我就是从来没注意过，虽然说我没星期至少光顾那间店2次。&lt;br /&gt;直到半年前，或许是老板想把生意做大，自立门户，开了一家餐室“林明手工面”。就这样，一档原本毫不起眼的手工面顿时间引起了我的注意。其实，林明并不是谁，而是关丹的一个小镇，林明山总该听过吧。这关丹的道地美食就这样的来到了柔佛大学城。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;IMG SRC="http://lmheah.googlepages.com/johor-linmingshougongmian2.jpg"&gt;&lt;/IMG&gt;&lt;br /&gt;老板亲自下厨，少见喔。。。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;第一次光顾就让我感觉到手工面果然是不一样，吃起来一点都不像一般的黄面，口感特好，不会韧（就是所谓的咬不断）。再来就是其他的配料，从肉丸到青菜，无所不有。顾客也可以选择清汤，干捞又或者是咖哩汤。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;IMG SRC="http://lmheah.googlepages.com/johor-linmingshougongmian1.jpg"&gt;&lt;/IMG&gt;&lt;br /&gt;在大学城，这一碗面3块钱，应该只有在林明手工面吃得到吧。&lt;br /&gt;最让我感觉到舒服的是老板亲切的态度，无论是对待员工或是顾客，都是面带笑容，也从来不责骂员工。或许这对一个纯粹想吃美食的人来说并不重要，但这看在我心里却有不一样的体会。&lt;br /&gt;如果你有机会到柔佛大学城，不妨来试试看。只要你在大学城里，问任何一个华人，Number One餐室在哪里，我觉得超过50%的人会知道。林明手工面就在Num. It is closely related to several other edible tropical fruits including the Lychee, Longan and Mamoncillo.
